Nora is healthy and beautiful! She looks just like AP and has a head full of dark hair! Laura is doing great! I will post more pics of this sweet girl when they get settled into their room. Anne Parks is one happy BIG SIS!

27 years ago, my daddy walked out of these doors holding me. we thought we would recapture the moment...(he wasn't sure he wanted to (or could) cradle me like he did back then!)

My sister Laura went to the doctor yesterday and they have scheduled an induction for tomorrow morning! (Thursday) We are so excited that our sweet niece will be here soon! I will update mine and Laura's blogs throughout the day tomorrow with pictures and info! Please pray for Laura and her family!

11 months!

I absolutely cannot believe that my baby will be ONE in just a month! It is amazing how much he has changed and grown in the past few weeks!He is keeping us on our feet and we are loving every minute of it!

He LOVES the water!

He is standing up alone and can walk across the room holding onto one of my fingers.
He is talking up a storm! "ma-ma" and "bye-bye" are is favorites, along with a lot of rambling!
He has 4 teeth. Two on top and two on bottom.
He loves Stella. He has really become interested in her lately.
He has a head full of hair!!!
(I know, he still looks bald, but he has tons of hair!...it's just SO blonde!)

There are certain dreams I cherish that I'd like to see come true.

There are things I would accomplish ere my working time is through.

But the task my heart is set on is to guide a little lad -

To make myself successful as that little fellows dad.

It's the one job that I dream of; it's the task I think of most.

I may never be as clever as my neighbor down the street.
I may never be as wealthy as some other men I meet.

For I'll know I've been successful as that little fellow's dad.

I'm a daddy's girl with a father who loves me unconditionally, a father-in-law who I love and respect, and an amazing husband who has turned out to be a pretty GREAT daddy, too!

CELEBRATE good times!

I have been SO busy! There has been a lot going on and a few great things to celebrate!

My sweet brother-in-law is getting married at the end of July I and spent the weekend "doin' it up" in Birmingham with the beautiful bride and her crew! Her sister was quite the party planner and our weekend at the fabulous Ross Bridge Resort was amazing!
Friday night we went to Sips and Strokes! It was so much fun- although I am not sure painting and wine are the best combination!

We went out on the town Saturday night and had a blast!

In other nuptial news - my parents celebrated their wedding anniversary this week!

swimmin' SMITH...

Reed, Smith and I went to visit CC and Pop on Sunday for a HOT afternoon in the pool! Smith had so much fun and he was "ready to go" as you can see in the picture below!!!

He LOVES chillin' in the LOBSTER that CC and Pop got him!!!

We FINALLY got some pictures with CC, but Smith didn't cooperate very well!

We all had a great time and I hope CC and Pop got some rest because Smith is heading back to stay with them tomorrow!
