catching up from last weekend....

Last weekend was very interesting...and fun! We had lots of friends and family in town for Bulldog Bash and the football game!

Friday night we met up at The Grill for dinner where Smith insisted on feeding himself! He is trying so hard to use the spoon and he gets SO excited when he actually gets the food in his mouth!!! It's so cute!

After dinner we headed out to the Bash where the kids LOVED dancing to all the music! They ran ad danced ALL night!

Instead of trying to build a boat and float to the game,
we set up our tailgate indoors and enjoyed watching the game on TV!

It was a wet and muddy weekend but we had a great time!

Hopefully we will have a sunny Saturday this week!

Smith and I stayed home and watched the DAWGS play Auburn with some friends...
Smith had a great time watching the game......and he was SUPER excited when he saw his DADDY on tv!!

We went to a cook out the other night with some friends and had a great time! Things have really changed since we were all in high school together!!! It's always hard to get a picture of these kiddos, but here's the best I got!Bailey and Garrett Kosko, Carson and Hatlee Johnson, Mary Cameron Martin, and Smith!

Smith was helping Reed with the laundry the other night and they both got really quiet. I knew they must be up to something...and then Smith came running into the living room IN Daddy's underwear!

football frenzy...

From cheering on our USC friends Thursday night to the State game Saturday to an exciting, close game last night between Miami and FSU....It was a LONG weekend full of lots of football! Smith did really well at the game but I have to say he was a LOT easier last year when he just slept on my belly in the baby bjorn! He. was. EVERYWHERE! I think I am going to have to invest in a fence or a leash or something! He kept us all busy, but I can't imagine making him stay home because he had a BLAST!

Smith LOVES playing with his cousin, Anne Parks. They had so much fun at the tailgate!

Our friend Mitchell had fun at the tailgate, too!Baby Nora was so sweet at her first ballgame! Our friend Halie loves to play with Smith and she was a LIFESAVER!
She really helped me keep Smith "entertained!"

I hate that I didn't get a picture of Smith and me in the downpour! We had just gotten into the stands when the bottom fell out! He was SO cute and LOVED the rain! It was just raining so hard I couldn't get my camera out!!!

Can't wait to tailgate again!
Daddy and the Dawgs go to Auburn this weekend and we will be
watching from the couch at home!

Smith and I love playing in the grass while waiting on Daddy to get done with football practice! He gets so excited when he sees his Daddy running off the field to see us!
