my sweet little BOY looked like a GIRL today...

before his FIRST hair cut!he did a great job and luckily...Nicole was really fast!
it was so cute how proud he was...after the haircut he was running around, laughing, flirting, and totally cheesing up to everyone!

i wouldn't let her cut TOO much, but the the wings and the mullet just HAD to go...

i feel like she has been neglected on the blog for the last...umm..well, 21 months so i snapped this pic of her when she was playing in the yard with her buddy, smith! we LOVE her and are so happy she is a part of our family!

sneak peek

I have SO many posts that I am working on so hopefully there will be a lot of updates in the next few days! Reed was in Clemson last week and then we took a little break and met our friends, the Beamers, at Lake Oconee for the weekend! Our schedules are always so crazy and it was so good to finally have a weekend with them! Emily has been a little busy in the mommy department and was a trooper to pack up and make it to the lake with her newborn!

We had a great time and I took A LOT of pictures....I will work on "the lake" post soon, but for now...
