excellence!

Reed and I just got back from a wonderful week in Mexico. We stayed at the EXCELLENCE resort and it was definitely EXCELLENT! We highly recommend it for a romantic, relaxing get-away! I am TOO excited to see Smith so I will post lots of pictures after I spend some time with my little man!

birthday bash!

We spent the weekend at the Howell cabin celebrating Smith's birthday! I know it sounds so cliche, but I CANNOT believe I have a ONE year old!!! He is full of personality, blabbering all sorts of words, AND I think I can officially say he is walking now...
more on that later.

Smith will turn ONE on the 22nd, but with a busy summer schedule this holiday weekend was perfect to get together with friends and family and celebrate his first year of life! I am POOPED from a long day of bouncy houses, swimming pools, watermelon and...BLUE icing!

This tired momma is going to bed, but don't worry...I will be back tomorrow with lots of pictures from our fun day! It's amazing what a difference a year makes!

Reed and I headed to the beach this past week and Smith tagged along for his FIRST beach trip!
We spent a few days in Gulf Shores with Mr. Steve and Christy and Reed's brother Woody and his wife-to-be!

Yesterday, Reed and I celebrated THREE happy years of marriage. I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband who is a genuine, honest, witty, smart, compassionate, Godly man. No one could ever love him as much as I do.
